March Madness in Hoboken
March Madness is one of the biggest, most exciting events in all of sports and lucky for residents of The Bexley, there are plenty of sports bars to watch March Madness games with friends while enjoying some cold drinks and tasty bites.
Urban Coalhouse – Sometimes the weekend calls for delicious pizza, salad and great sangria. They have several TV’s in the restaurant and we love their thin, crispy, flavorful pizzas and fresh salads. Urban Coalhouse also has award-winning wings served with roasted onions and focaccia bread. If you’re cheering for Mississippi on Friday, March 22nd you can end your night with a piece of their Mississippi Mud Pie.
Finnegan’s Pub– If you want to catch the games this weekend while shooting pool and throwing darts with friends, head to Finnegan’s. If you’re not into March Madness, playing your own games and enjoying delicious food and drinks can help make it a better experience! Their back room is where you’ll find the darts, pool table and several flat screens. This bar also tends to be less crowded than the bars uptown. They serve inexpensive beer, rotating taps (something seasonal always on deck) and great bar food.
Carpe Diem – This uptown Hoboken bar is just minutes away from your Bexley apartment. If you’re looking for a cozy but lively neighborhood pub, than this is the spot! They have excellent wings, sandwiches, burgers and a beer list with lots of different options.
