Celebrating National Eggs Benedict Day in Hoboken

Spring is the perfect time to enjoy brunch outside at your favorite restaurant in Hoboken.  National Eggs benedict Day is observed on April 16th and falls on a Tuesday this year.  There are still plenty of places around the Harlow where you can enjoy this tasty breakfast or you can create your own eggs benedict breakfast at home.

Turning Point – This restaurant serves breakfast, brunch and lunch, is right on the waterfront and under a 10-minute walk from The Bexley. They have delicious coffee drinks and their menu seems like it goes on forever! They serve three types of eggs benedict: The Classic (English muffin, ham, plum tomato, two poached eggs and hollandaise), Eggs Benedeto (Toasted ciabatta topped with plum tomato, fresh baby spinach, roasted peppers, sliced Portobello’s), and the Big Easy Benedict (Cornbread topped with avocado, creole seasoned onions, peppers and chicken chorizo. Topped with poached eggs and Cajun hollandaise).

Tosti Café & Kitchen – Tosti is open everyday from 7:30 am – 9 pm.  Guests rave about their breakfast and brunch, their egg dishes in particular! They serve a classic eggs benedict and the restaurant is also BYOB.

If you prefer to make your eggs benedict at home, follow this recipe and bon appetite!
